What to expect from working together?

Emotions are energy in motion. When emotions get stuck they can wreak havoc mentally and physically. Ignoring or getting stuck on these emotions can lead to lowered emotional states. 

When we move, we move this energy through our system and improve our emotional state. Unwinding tension and mental clutter, and boosting our feel good “brain” chemicals

Your healing can speed up  when you add movement to your therapy. 

With over 500 hours of training, I would love to help you find the right type of yoga and mobility that suits your needs. 

1) Easy relaxing movements and stretching based on yoga therapy and YIN yoga.

2) More vigorous and higher intensity movements based on HIIT and power vinyasa yoga.
